One of my most irritating habits is to make sure people say 'brand' as little as possible. It's such a baggy and mis-used term that when you get 5 people in a room talking about 'brand' you can certain they all mean something different.
This isn't quite making the same point but it's related. And interesting.

Podcasts/YouTube has enabled a particular favourite format of mine; the deeply nerdy, in-depth, rich, no-apparent-time-limit interview. This is a brilliant example: I think one of the reasons it works is that it's not lazy and rambling. It's very well researched. Thorough, thoughtful, rigorous.
