Morning Talking

I've been a big fan of doing Morning Pages for a long time now. It's interesting and useful. And I've been experimenting with video for a little bit too.

And, for the past 55 days, I've been combining the two. Getting up, heading out and briefly speaking my brains into a camera. I suspect it's very dull for anyone but me. BUT it's got something of the 'finding your thoughts' quality of morningpages and some of the 'threat of an audience' quality of blogging. It's, sort of, for me but it's, sort of, sharpened by being for 'the world' too.
