Podcasts/YouTube has enabled a particular favourite format of mine; the deeply nerdy, in-depth, rich, no-apparent-time-limit interview. This is a brilliant example: I think one of the reasons it works is that it's not lazy and rambling. It's very well researched. Thorough, thoughtful, rigorous.
