Communicating energy

I've been interested in how we communicate about energy for ages. For a while it was my job. And (as I often do) I started scouring ebay for related things, which means I've ended up with a little collection of energy saving posters. Alex once asked me to write about it.

And now someone's asked me for permission to use my picture of this poster in a fascinating YouTube film: The Price of Oil: Lessons From a 1970s Energy Crisis. Which (OBVS) has a ton of contemporary resonances.
